Although we will do our best to ensure that all information is correct, this may not necessarily be so. We will not be held responsible if any credit from your account is used due to a system fault, human error or if SMS messages are sent claiming your website or server is down when it is not. This service is offered as a privilege and to compliment other systems running to try and prevent downtime. We do not guarantee to inform you of your server or website going offline and we offer no guarantees that you will ever receive an email or SMS from us at any time.

No refunds will be made for 'credits' in your account. We will not be held responsible if we send SMS messages but they are not received. We use a third party SMS gateway to send our SMS messages and we are not responsible for whether they arrive in a timely manner or if they even arrive at all. Email is sent by this server, which can sometimes get quite busy. Again, we are not guaranteeing you will receive an email within a timely manner or at all.

We are offering all our services 'as is' and make no guarantees about any of our services.

Fair Usage

Although most of our services are capped depending on the account level that you have purchased, some of the services are marketed as uncapped or 'unlimited'. Although we do our upmost to try and give you the best service possible we must also ensure our services is kept usable for all our other users.

Emails

All of our accounts come with unlimited email notifications. Should we find that you are sending out an unusually high number of emails then we hold the right to throttle your account or disable it entirely. We will only do this if it is abnormally high and if the process is damaging other users experience of the service.

SMS/Texts

Our ultimate package allows users to send out 'unlimited' amounts of SMS messages for their servers. Although we will try and allow as many messages as possible to be sent out from these accounts we do hold the right to throttle or disable SMS messaging on any account without warning.

With our ultimate package we will almost never throttle or disable any account sending less than 600 SMS out per month. This equates to roughly 20 SMS per day.

Websites and Servers

Our ultimate package states 'unlimited' numbers of servers and web sites are allowed to be checked. Due to server costs of our own we simply cannot allow truly unlimited amounts of web sites and servers to be checked against. We will normally allow 30-50 web sites and 20-30 servers to be added to each account before we start heavily monitoring the usage of server resources. If we deem the amount of resources being used as excessive then we will cap the number of web sites and servers allowed on a 'per account' basis.

We will try and give you warnings if we are monitoring or taking any action on your account. If an account is acting negatively against other user's experience then we may need to act straight away in disabling your account, we reserve the right to do this.
